Please prepare your worksites to ensure that your driver is able to collect your item with ease. If your hours have changed can you either let your driver know (if you have their contact number) or include a short message in the pickup instructions when you create your order.

Residential collections

Can you ensure that your item is in a location that is easily accessible and either let your diver know (if you have their contact number) or include a short message in the pickup instructions when you create your order.

Contactless deliveries

As with the previous lockdowns, deliveries will be contactless again.  Please let your customers know.
