FedEx & TNT – Pricing Update
Dear Customers,
Our Courier partner FedEx, TNT will be implementing a price increase, effective 3th January, 2021. The respective increases will be:
- FedEx rates and surcharges will increase by 4.9%
- TNT rates and surcharges will increase by 4.9%
- A new surcharge “Code: RWA, Description: Resolved Wrong Address. This fee applies to consignments that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect and/or incomplete destination address, requiring TNT for a resolution to deliver to the correct address.” Charge per consignment: $17.00
