General Courier Service Update

General Courier Service Update

All courier and freight companies continue to prioritize medical, food, pharmaceutical and educational consignments.

With a number of people electing to take self-isolation through the lock-down, there is some pressure on general staffing and courier levels. Combined with social-distancing protocols at Courier hubs and distribution centres as well as the increased volume of freight, we are noticing some delays in delivery times.

This was anticipated as we entered lock-down 3 weeks ago and all of our vendor partners are doing their utmost to mitigate these delays.

As always, our team will do our very best to assist you with any inquiries but in the meantime, we hope this update will provide some understanding of any delays you may be experiencing.

Thank You in advance for your patience and cooperation at this time.
