As you’ll be aware, Auckland entered into Alert Level 3 overnight with the rest of New Zealand entering Alert Level 2.

Please note there is no change to doing business with Parcelport and with our platform.

Service levels in Auckland will return to contact-less deliveries and social distancing will be observed at parcel centre hubs. This may cause some delays however all teams are doing their utmost to maintain highest possible delivery standards.
