Update from SF Express

Effective 1 March 2020, an Emergency Surcharge Fee of NZD 1.50 per kilo will be collected for all NZ export International Standard Express to China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) parcels due to COVID-19 outbreak .  At this stage, please note there may be delays once your mail or parcel has arrived into China.

COVID-19 (Coronavirus) does not survive long on objects, therefore it is safe to receive mail and parcels without the risk of contracting the virus. The World Health Organization (WHO) has confirmed this.
