They have branches in Auckland, Wellington, North Harbour, and Christchurch and from there reach every corner of New Zealand and beyond.
Through the Parcelport system, you can now send your store, website or Trademe orders etc to Castle Parcels. You can get courier prices from Castle, print Castle tickets, book Castle pickups, track Castle items and order Castle satchels within the Parcelport App.

Castle Parcels has products which make shipping simple. You can select one of their 3 satchel sizes or send using your own packaging. Their satchels are tougher than rhino skin and can hold up to 15kg, they comes in 3 sizes – Small 210 x 260mm, Medium 280 x 390mm and Large 450 x 450mm, their Large Satchel is actually more like the Xtra Large satchel offered by other courier companies.
Castle Parcels are one of the cheaper courier services available. If cost is your main concern, Castle Parcels is a good option. However, they don’t provide overnight express service between islands and they only provide two pickup and delivery cycle runs per day, if you would like to use express service or would need more than two pickups per day, you may use one of their sister companies Post Haste which provide 3 pickup and delivery runs per day and NOW Couriers which provide 4 pickup and delivery runs per day. Please also note that Castle only do pickups from Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington, so if you are outside of these area you may use their sister company Posthaste which provides nationwide pickup services.
